Turbot is the largest of New Zealand’s flatfish species. Turbot’s sweet, mild, delicate flavour along with its generous sized fillet makes it a popular choice on many restaurant menus.

Turbot’s large apricot coloured fillets whiten once cooked. Fillets can be baked, pan fried, grilled or deep fried.
